Milowy is a brand and project operated by Pixel Family, S.L.

2. Personal data we process

This website is an informational page. We do not use forms, tracking cookies, or analytics tools that capture personal data from visitors. We only process the personal data that the user voluntarily provides when contacting us through the published email addresses (hello@milowy.com, support@milowy.com, privacy@milowy.com).

The data processed in such cases consists of:

  • Name and email address.
  • Any other data the user chooses to include in the message.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Purpose: to address, manage, and respond to inquiries, support requests, or communications received.
  • Legal basis: the consent of the data subject, given by voluntarily sending the communication (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Retention period

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to respond to the request and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory limitation periods (generally, up to 6 years pursuant to Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code for commercial documentation). Once those periods have elapsed, the data will be deleted or anonymised.

5. Recipients of the data

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. The following service providers act as data processors under the safeguards required by applicable law:

  • Vercel Inc. (web hosting provider), based in the United States. The international transfer is covered by its adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023, Art. 45 GDPR).
  • The email service provider used to operate the @milowy.com mailboxes, under equivalent safeguards.

6. Rights of the data subject

Users may exercise the following rights at any time: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw any consent given.

To exercise these rights, please send an email to privacy@milowy.com with the subject "GDPR Rights Request", attaching a copy of an identification document. The request will be addressed within a maximum period of one month from receipt (extendable by two additional months when justified by the complexity or number of requests, in accordance with Art. 12(3) GDPR).

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — aepd.es) if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable law.

7. Automated decision-making and profiling

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out on the personal data processed.

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies required for the proper technical functioning of the site may be used, which are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE.

9. Security

Pixel Family, S.L. has implemented reasonable technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the personal data processed, and to prevent its alteration, loss, or unauthorised processing or access.

10. Changes to this Policy

Pixel Family, S.L. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments or to internal operational changes. The current version will always be the one published on this website, with the date of the latest update clearly indicated.
