2. Personal data we process
This website is an informational page. We do not use forms, tracking cookies, or analytics tools that capture personal data from visitors. We only process the personal data that the user voluntarily provides when contacting us through the published email addresses (hello@milowy.com, support@milowy.com, privacy@milowy.com).
The data processed in such cases consists of:
- Name and email address.
- Any other data the user chooses to include in the message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Purpose: to address, manage, and respond to inquiries, support requests, or communications received.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. The following service providers act as data processors under the safeguards required by applicable law:
- Vercel Inc. (web hosting provider), based in the United States. The international transfer is covered by its adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023, Art. 45 GDPR).
- The email service provider used to operate the
@milowy.commailboxes, under equivalent safeguards.
6. Rights of the data subject
Users may exercise the following rights at any time: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw any consent given.
To exercise these rights, please send an email to privacy@milowy.com with the subject "GDPR Rights Request", attaching a copy of an identification document. The request will be addressed within a maximum period of one month from receipt (extendable by two additional months when justified by the complexity or number of requests, in accordance with Art. 12(3) GDPR).
Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos — aepd.es) if they consider that the processing of their personal data does not comply with applicable law.

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out on the personal data processed.

This website does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies required for the proper technical functioning of the site may be used, which are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE.
